Jeff Glaze
Community Owner
Jeff Glaze grew up in Westfield, and was on the crew clearing land for Hampden Village in 1974. He and Rod Maslauskas were actually the surveying crew that laid out the streets & lots in the early days of the Village. From 1979 until 1994 (when the Village was completed), Jeff was in charge of the construction crew, and has been involved in the management of the Village ever since.
Jeff is the son of John Glaze, who started Decorated Products and Hampden Village, two long-time Westfield businesses. Jeff followed his father’s footsteps into both business, and eventually took them over. John passed away in 2014, and Jeff assumed ownership of Hampden Village at that time.
You may know Jeff from his 30+ years with Westfield Rotary, the Boy Scouts, and Stanley Park. Jeff is a two time past president and Paul Harris Fellow in the Westfield Rotary, former President of the Western Massachusetts Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and former president of The Stanley Park of Westfield.
In 2007, Jeff started EpiCenter, a computer consulting business and in 2011 he started 1 Arch Self Storage with Justin, at their facility on Arch Road in Westfield.
He lives in Westfield with his wife, Linda.
Justin Glaze

Justin joined Hampden Village in January of 2014 when ownership changed hands. Balancing the business tasks, as well as working to continually improve Hampden Village's infrastructure are Justin’s passions. Ensuring the highest standards of living in a safe, vibrant retirement community at a great value are Justin’s main objectives. Justin is a resident of Westfield where he lives with his wife and children.
Barbara Huntoon

Having worked with senior citizens for more than twenty years in the capacity of Activity Director, Barbara brings a wealth of interpersonal skills and experience to her position. Barbara understands the value of a cohesive relationship between residents, staff, and management. Her perspective is that everyone’s point of view matters and her goal is to foster mutual respect, clear understanding, and problem-solving, while running an efficient and organized office.
Barbara is on the Board of Directors of The Chester Foundation, a nonprofit group who owns and operates the Chester Railway Station and Museum. She is also a Selectman for the Town of Chester and resides in Chester with her husband.
Marshall Seibold III
Safety/machine operations
Possessing over thirty years’ experience in construction trades and expertise in heavy equipment operation, Marshall brings valuable skills and dedication to the Hampden Village Operations Team. He is licensed in septic system installations and repairs. Marshall, a lifelong resident of Westfield, is currently a member of the Westfield Lodge of Elks and served as a past president. He is also a Master Mason.

Jim, another life-long Westfield resident, has forty-plus years' experience as heavy equipment operator and holds a hoisters license. Jim's experience, knowledge, and abilities round out the team. He also lives in the Village with his wife, and when not at work, Jim enjoys his grandchildren, fishing, boating, and camping.
